Potato nests with egg stuffing#breakfastfix#kidsrecipechallenge

Gather up all the ingredients after chopping the onion,tomato and capsicum

Mash the potato,add in a pinch of salt and some paprika powder.mix well

Break the eggs in a bowl.

Add in the onion,tomato,capsicum,remaining salt and remaining capsicum powder.beat these well

Grease the tray with margarine.spread some potato on it to make the nests

Now pour the egg mixture into the nests and bake at 180' for 10-15 minutes.serve with some fruit.soft and yummy!
