Step:
Mix the Custard powder to milk at room temperature to avoid lumps formation. Boil milk. Add sugar and salt. Then in slow flame add the mixture of custard powder and milk to the boil milk gradually with continuous stirring cook till the custard mix thickens. It will take 2-3 minutes. Cool down. Add the Kawda water and chopped fruits. Chill in refrigerator and serve.

1 cup milk
1/2 cup custard powder
1/3 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
1 ,1/2 cup chopped fruits
1 tsp Kewra water
