Step:

  1. Collect all ingredients.

  2. Combined the milk and saffron in a small bowl and mix well til the saffron dissolves. Keep a side. Combine the curd,saffron-milk mixture,sugar substitute and cardamom powder in a bowl and mix well using a whisk.

  3. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Just before serving, placed ¼ of the mixed fruits in to a serving glass or bowl and top with ¼ of the chilled srikhand. Garnish with chopped dry fruits and mint leaves.

  4. Handy tips- 2 cups of low fat curd,when tied in a muslin cloth and hand for 1½ hour. Will yield 1 cup of hung low-fat-curds.

  6. 1 tbsp warm milk
  7. 1 tbsp sugar substitute
  8. 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
