Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 170 and prepare the baking dish

  2. Sift flour, baking powder and soda in a bowl. Add sugar and whisk well

  3. In a separate bowl whisk butter well till light and fluffy

  4. Add the dry ingredients and whisk till crumbly

  5. Whisk together all the wet ingredients. Add to the batter and whisk till combined

  6. Add the crushed oreos and fold in. Transfer to a baking dish and bake till sides are pulling away and centre is springy.

  7. Allow to cool completely before icing

  8. I tried marbled fondant
