Step:

  1. Sift flour and baking powder and set aside. Prepare baking dish

  2. In a bowl mash bananas with sugar well.

  3. Add milk, oil, vanilla, eggs and whisk well to mix till combined

  4. Add the flour and mix thoroughly

  5. Transfer to dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 40mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean

  6. Remove from oven. Allow to cool in tin for 10mins then turn out to a rack to cool completely. Enjoy

  4. 2 tsp vanilla
  5. 1/2 c milk
  6. 1/2 c oil
  7. 1 1/2 c flour
  8. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
