Step:

  1. Blanche spinach and make paste

  2. Take big mixing bowl add chickpeas potatoes mash it add spinach paste salt chilli peanut cheese and mix it make equal size balls

  3. Take bowl add peanut and cheese mix make small balls take spinach ball flat and put cheese ball in cover it and make ball,heat oil in pan fry balls and serve with choice of dip

  2. 100 gm boiled chickpeas
  3. 2 boiled potatoes
  4. 2 tbs crushed peanut
  5. As required Grated cheese
  6. To taste Salt
  7. 1 green chilli chopped
  8. As required Oil for fry
  9. As required Spinach leaves, cheese, banana slices, tomatoes ketchup, mayonna
