White chocolate pistachio and saffron

In a mould tray sprinkle pistachios and saffron and leave it aside.
In a microwave bowl add the white chocolate and microwave 30 seconds. Mix well and ensure it is nice and smooth. Spoon over the pistachios and saffron and tap. Refrigerate until set.
