Step:
Firstly soak Rajma overnight or for 8-10 hours.
Heat a kadhai & add 2 tsp Oil, bayleaf, cardamom and cinnamon stick.
Then add finely chopped onions and saute for 2-3 minutes till onions become soft and turn golden brown.
Further add chopped green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Saute till raw smell of paste goes.
Now add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder.
Add tomato pulp. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes till oil separates from the masala.
Further add soaked Rajma, chopped coriander leaves garam masala, amchur powder and salt as per taste. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Add 2 cups of water and mix. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Transfer it to a cooker and cook for 7-8 whistles. Once the pressure settles down, Open the lid and check if Rajma are properly cooked or not. If not cooked add some water and pressure cook for few more minutes.
Garnish with some chopped coriander and serve hot with Jeera rice or butter Paratha.. ENJOY!!!

Pulp from 3 Tomatoes
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 bayleaf
1/2 inch Cinnamon stick
2 Cardamom
1 chopped Green Chilli
1/2 tsp Red Chilli / Lal Mirch powder
1/2 tsp Coriander / Dhaniya Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin / Jeera Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric / Haldi Powder
1/2 tsp Amchur Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Salt as per taste
leaves Chopped Coriander
2 tsp Oil
2 cup Water
