  3. 1/2 cream
  4. 1/2 milk
  5. 4 tbsp cream cheese
  6. 100 g cheddar or mozzarella
  7. 1 tsp paprika(optional)
  8. 1 tsp(black pepper)
  9. carrot recipe
  10. 10 carrots peeled and then cut in half or quarter's
  11. to taste Salt n pepper
  12. 1 tsp cinnamon
  13. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  14. 6 tbsp butter or margarine
