Jawatan Kosong Service Point - Sales Kelantan in Kota Bharu Job Description

• Grow network of self collection partner points for company
• Identify suitable partners & lead generate
• Acquire partners & achieve sales targets
• Required to pitch on-ground at selected locations or via call
• Provide on-ground training to onboard new partner points
• Main point of contact in managing partner points during incubation period, includes monitoring operational performance / compliance & resolving any issues encountered
• Provide continuous support and guidance to partners, in helping to achieve their performance goals

Requirement

• Good command of Malay and English, both written and spoken
• Good relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Able to pitch confidently & with a driven attitude to achieve sales target
• Able to travel within Malaysia for expansion efforts
• Basic knowledge of Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet management
• SPM level education or above
• Cold calling required, Outgoing personality, BM & English
• Knowledge in logistics related operation is a plus
