Job Title: Content Creator #Job Responsibilities * Plan, create, and publish engaging content (videos, photos, and written copy) for digital platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp * Produce short-form video content that is creative, engaging, and conversion-focused * Write strong hooks, captions, and calls-to-action (CTA) aligned with marketing objectives * Manage content calendars and posting schedules * Stay updated with social media trends and adapt them to fit the brand’s identity * Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and paid advertisements * Monitor and respond to basic comments or messages to improve audience engagement (if required) * Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on insights Requirements & Skills * Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Executive is preferred * Proficient in editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, or Adobe Premiere (added advantage) * Strong understanding of copywriting, storytelling, and selling-oriented content * Creative, proactive, and able to work independently * Good understanding of social media platforms and algorithms, especially TikTok * Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks ### Additional Advantages (Bonus Skills) * Experience creating sales-driven or marketing content * Comfortable appearing on camera (on-cam) * Familiarity with gadget, phone repair, or retail industries ### Employment Type * Full-time * Location: On-site
