Qualifications:

- Graduate with a degree/diploma in a related field (Marketing/Business)

- Reside around Pengkalan Chepa or Kota Bharu area

- Willingness to learn new things, especially related to marketing

- Able to accept instructions/feedback easily

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of our TikTok shop.

- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner.

- Assist in creating promotional campaigns to increase product visibility.

- Track and analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, sales).

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business strategy.

- Monitor inventory and update product listings as needed.

- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and best practices to optimize shop performance.

Bonus Qualifications (if any):

- Experience in managing social media platforms, particularly TikTok.
