Jawatan Kosong SALES CONSULTANT in Kota Bharu

TANGGUNGJAWAB UTAMA

1. JUALAN & PEMASARAN

• Mempromosikan pakej Badal Haji dan Umrah melalui WhatsApp, call, email dan media sosial.
• Menyediakan penerangan lengkap mengenai pakej, proses dan syarat penyertaan.
• Melaksanakan follow up secara harian bagi meningkatkan kadar penutupan jualan.
• Menyokong pelaksanaan kempen pemasaran syarikat.

2. KONSULTASI PELANGGAN

• Memberi nasihat profesional mengenai perbezaan jenis badal dan pakej umrah.
• Memahami keperluan pelanggan dan mencadangkan pakej terbaik.

3. PENGURUSAN PENDAFTARAN

• Memastikan dokumen pelanggan lengkap dan direkodkan dengan tepat.
• Mengeluarkan invois, pengesahan bayaran dan kemas kini dalam sistem CRM.

4. LAYANAN PELANGGAN & AFTER-SALES

• Memberikan sokongan selepas pembelian sehingga pelanggan menerima sijil.
• Menyelesaikan pertanyaan atau aduan dengan profesional.

5. LAPORAN & REKOD JUALAN

• Menyediakan laporan harian/mingguan tentang prestasi jualan, jumlah leads dan conversion rate.
• Menganalisis trend pelanggan serta mencadangkan cadangan penambahbaikan.

6. PEMATUHAN & KEMAHIRAN PRODUK

• Menguasai pengetahuan asas manasik haji & umrah.
• Mematuhi SOP dokumentasi, pembayaran dan proses ibadah.

7. TUGAS TAMBAHAN

i. Menyokong aktiviti promosi, live streaming, webinar dan latihan dalaman.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
