Sauce for the Cheddar Pineapple Tuna Loaf

Dice the onion. Heat the chive oil in a pan and add the onion. When the onions are frying add the butter. Fry turning the butter brown and onions and chives in the oil crisp. Just crispy but not burnt.

Mix the ingredients. Add the hot chives oil, butter, and onion mixture.
