Spinach salad with scrambled eggs

Wash the spinach leaves with water and strain the water and keep aside.

Boil the butter in the pan, add two eggs after breaking and scrambled the eggs over medium high heat until it thickens.

Add spinach after closing the heat add chopped olives black pepper powder and olive oil salt with little lime juice mix it.

And it's ready to serve.
