Step:

  1. Boil 1 litre milk and add lemon juice when it starts to boil. The milk curdles. Take out the paneer with the help of a muslin cloth. Hang it for 30 minutes.. Until most water oozes out.

  2. With help on 1 tablespoon cornflour work on the paneer until smooth dough is formed. Takes almost 10 minutes

  3. Boil sugar and water in a thick pan

  4. Roll the paneer dough to smooth consistency and roll balls and disc it

  5. Cut the apple to small pieces and stuff it inside the disc

  6. Close the disc and drop it into the sugar syrup and let it boil in the syrup of 10 minutes

  7. Meanwhile heat the remaining milk in a kadai and bring it to boil. And let it thicken and reduce to half add the almond paste and cardmom powder. Also stir in Saffron soaked in milk

  8. Transfer the paneer balls from sugar syrup to the prepared masala milk and add in more apples cut into the milk

  1. 2 litres Milk
  2. 2 tsp Lemon juice
  3. 1 Apple cut into small pieces
  4. 3 pods Cardamom powdered
  5. as needed Dry fruits to garnish
  6. 10 Badam / nuts ground to paste
  7. 3-4strands Saffron soaked in warm milk
  8. 1 tbsp Cornflour
  9. 4 cups Water
  10. 1 cup Sugar
