Step:

  1. Steam or boil potatoes.Hard boil 2 eggs.Peel and grate both potatoes and eggs.Add ginger paste,salt to taste,chaat masala,chopped green chillies,chopped coriander,red chilli powder,garam masala and gram flour. Mix all.Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry the onion golden brown.Add the potato egg mix and toss till a nice aroma of fried potato comes.

  2. Make a semi thick batter with cornflour,gramflour and rice flour.This gives a crispy coating to the kababs.Crispy outside and soft inside.Shape the egg potato mix into kababs.Dip the kababs in batter and coat with breadcrumbs.Refrigerate for at least one hour before frying.Heat refined oil and fry kababs.Serve with hot and sweet chilli garlic sauce or any dip of your choice or salad.

Ingredients

  1. 3 potatoes boiled
  2. 2 eggs boiled
  3. 2 onions chopped finely
  4. 1 tsp ginger paste
  5. 4 green chillies chopped
  6. 1 tbsp coriander chopped
  7. To taste salt
  8. 1 tsp chaat masala
  9. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  10. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 2 tbsp gramflour
  12. 1 1/2 cups oil
  13. For the batter:
  14. 2 tbsp gramflour
  15. 1-2 tbsp cornflour
  16. 1 tbsp rice flour
  17. 1 pinch orange red food colour (optional)
  18. 1 cup breadcrumbs
