Step:
Grate the corns in a plate
Heat oil in a pan, on low heat, add heeng and jeera, let it splutter
Now add onions, saute for 3 - 4 minutes, then add ginger green chillies, saute for a minute
Then add haldi and red chilli powder, mix well
Now add grated corns and mix nicely
Cook on low heat, stirring in between, until it cooks properly, and the mixture comes together
Now add amchur powder and garam masala, mix well, in the end add coriander leaves, the topping mixture is ready
Now take a bread slice and spread the ready mixture on it all over, very nicely
Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top of this
Now heat a tawa or a pan, on low heat, grease it with little butter
Now place the ready bread in the hot tawa, the sesame seeds portion should be downwards and plain part on top
Roast on low heat, until the bottom part becomes light brown and crispy
Now flip it over to the other side and roast from this side also until light brown
When it is done, then cut into four triangles
In this way make the other bread slices also
Serve them in a serving plate, you can have them with any chutney or tomato sauce
