Step:

  1. In a sauce pan,saute your onions till translucent, add your tomatoes...let them cook for a few minutes

  2. Add your spinach.. Let it cook uncovered

  3. In the last few minutes, add your coconut cream.......cover and let it cook for a minute or 2

  4. Serve with avocado sprinkled with chilli flakes
