Ingredients

  2. 150-200 g plain flour
  3. 3 medium onions, grated and squeezed
  4. 1 clove garlic, grated
  5. 1 lemon juice and lemon zest
  6. 3 tbsp Olive oil
  7. 1 tbsp baking powder
  8. 1 tsp cumin
  9. 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  10. 1 tbsp fresh parsley or coriander leaves, finely chopped
  11. to taste Sea Salt and pepper
  12. Ingredients for tomato sauce
  13. 400 g canned tomatoes
  14. 1 onion, finely chopped
  15. 1 clove garlic, grated
  16. 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  17. 1 tsp oregano powder
  18. 1 cm fresh ginger, grated
  19. 1 tsp white sugar
  20. to taste cayenne pepper
  21. Olive oil
