Step:

  1. Trim tenderloin and cut in half, width-wise

  2. Mix all ingredients in large plastic back, adding the pork last

  3. Coat all sides of pork, seal bag air-tight and marinate (overnight for best results)

  4. Preheat broiler

  5. Place tenderloins in roasting pan and top with excess marinade

  6. Broil 5 inches from heat for about 5 minutes on each side. Pork should have internal temp of 145F. Let rest for 3 minutes prior to slicing

  1. 1/4 cup reduced-calorie, sugar-free pancake syrup
  2. 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  3. 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  4. 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  7. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  8. 1 1/4 lb lean pork tenderloin
