Step:
Wash and dry ladyfinger. Cut into thin slanting pieces
Now sprinkle besan along with all other masalas. Mix well.
After adding the dry masala mixture on top of cut ladyfinger,mix it well with wet hand.
Keep aside for 5-7minutes. By then you can preheat your air fryer as required. You can Grease the bhindi with mustard oil too.
Once air fryer is heated enough put half quantity of coated ladyfinger in air fryer and let it cook at 160 degrees for 10 min. You can add oil now if not used before
When one batch is done remove it and add rest of the bhindi to cook
Take out the crispy bhindi in a bowl and serve hot
