Step:

But the sweet potatoes in the oven until down
Add the Ghee in the bottom of the cooking plate with little Ready mad bechamel sauce
Add some of dried fruit and coconunt.
Put the mashed sweet potatoes on.
Add the bechamel on the top decorat it with dried coconunt, pinapple & papaya.
Put in the oven on 180 degree until the coconunt is golden or 30 minutes.
Served with fresh fruit.

Ingredients

2 small sweet potatoes
1 sweet spoon ghee
As needed dried fruit raisin,papaya & pinapple
Some fresh fruit for presentation
As needed coconunt
As needed bechamel sauce
suger is optional you can taste the sweet potatoes if needed also I add the raisin
