Step:
Heat cooking oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
Fry chopped onions in low medium flame till it becomes translucent.
Mix ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric and salt. Cook till tomatoes are soft and mushy.
Now add rest of the dry masala, butter and cook in low medium heat for 2 minutes.
Mix the grated Paneer to masala. Mix well and cook for a minute. Yummy and tasty Paneer Bhurji is ready to serve. Thanks
P.S. Don't overcook Paneer. As it is protein, overcooking make it rubbery and hard.
This recipe can be used as stuffings in Paratha and Sandwich.
