Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 200C degree. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Now, In a bowl, add grated mozzarella, cream cheese, some salt, almond flour, baking powder and garlic powder.
Microwave in high for 40 second or 1 minute. Until cheese melted. Add egg and combine all together. Now you have a medium runny batter (I mean it is soft and not look like a dough).
With a spatula, spread the batter on the tray. You can give a round or square shape to the batter.
Melt the butter in a pan. Add grated garlic, chopped green onion and 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese. Mix together.
Pour the mixture over top of the dough. Place it in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, until beautifully golden.
