Step:

  1. Whisk together the first 8 ingredients and toss the Mahi filets to coat. Set in fridge for about 30 minutes.

  2. In another bowl whisk the rest of the vinegar, mayo, salt & pepper, sugar and mustard. Toss coleslaw to coat. Cover and put in fridge

  3. We grill our fish on a grill mat. When the fish is cooked through remove from grill. About 6-8 minutes depending on thickness.

  4. Grill the tortillas on the open grates on your grill till slightly charred around the edges. Flake the fish onto your tortilla and slaw on top of that and cheese and tomatoes if you like. Roll up and enjoy!


Ingredients

  1. 1-2 pounds mahi filets
  2. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  3. 3 tablespoons honey
  4. 1 pinch or 2 of crushed red pepper
  5. Salt & pepper
  6. 1 teaspoon each onion and garlic powder
  7. 1 tablespoon oil, I used olive
  8. Splash vinegar, I used rice wine vinegar
  9. 1 pack corn tortillas
  10. 1 bag coleslaw mix or 1/2 a cabbage shredded finely
  11. 1/4 cup vinegar, I used rice wine
  12. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  13. Salt & pepper
  14. 1 teaspoon sugar
  15. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  16. Sour cream, guacamole, cheese, diced tomatoes for the fixins
