Icecream Marie Sandwich

Line a cupcake mold/ Katori/ vatti [ small steel bowl] with plastic wrap and place a Marie biscuit on it.

Dollop a small scoop of ice cream on it and cover it with another Marie biscuit. Repeat it by putting another scoop of ice cream on the second biscuit and cover it with the third biscuit.

Wrap it with the plastic wrap and gently shape it with hands. plate it and serve immediately.

Notes: for a tasty and colorful twist, put some rainbow sprinkles, chocolate chips, chocolate shavings or chopped nuts on the ice cream.
