Step:

  1. In an ice-cream bowl at bottom place few broken rasgullas pieces. On it on edge arrange Alphonso mango pieces as shown. Pour 1 tbsp of rose syrup or butterscotch syrup.

  2. 1 cup Amul vanilla ice cream(35 gms)
  3. 1/2 cup freshly chopped alphonso mango pieces
  4. 1 tbsp any sugar syrup of your liking.. rose, butterscotch
  5. as needed To sprinkle, chocochips or dryfuirts like cashewnuts and raisins
