Step:

  1. Heat the oil in a non stick pan over medium heat.

  2. Add green chillies and the veggies.

  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then add salt, red chilli powder, tumeric powder and the garam masala. Mix well and cook for 10-12 minutes more on medium to high flame stirring occasionally.

  4. Take the pan off the heat and pour the lemon juice over it and mix well. Serve the veggies as a side with rice.

  2. 2 tbsps oil
  3. 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  4. 1 pinch, tumeric powder
  5. 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  7. To taste, salt
  8. 1 dash lemon juice
