Step:

  1. Heat oil add onion fry

  2. Add meat and all spices cook fr 1.5 hours till beef become tender

  3. Add 5 cups water ff 3.5 cups of rice

  4. Boil and add rice

  5. When water evaporates make a hole and add yougurt mixture

  6. And gv it a nice dum fr atleast half hour

  7. 1 hour of dum gms best result

  8. Tadaaa

  9. Happy eating

  10. Serve with green or zeera raita and salad

Ingredients

  1. 1 kg Beef
  2. 750 gms or 3 1/2 cups rice
  3. 1 small onion
  4. 4 black cardmom seeds
  5. 8 small cardamom
  6. Cloves 5 to 6
  7. 10-12 Black pepper
  8. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  9. 1 tbsp salt
  10. 1 cup oil khewra 2 to 3 drops
  11. 1 tbsp heaped zeera
  12. 3/4 cup yougurt
  13. 2 tbsp for adding zafran string and food colour
