Step:
Take a pan and add ghee in it. Once heated add chopped onions to it. Keep the flame on medium and stir the onions occasionally for a couple minutes or until they start changing tgeir colour. We dont need onions to take a golden colour. We just need them white and soft.
Now add the turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder to it and mix it well. Keep the flame on medium wait until you feel turmeric powder to be well cooked and onions to take on the yellow colour. Now add the crumbled paneer to the onions. Remember to keep the flame on low. Mix the paneer to the onions and stir it for a minute or two but not more than that so the paneer will be cooked but it won't turn rubbery.
Take it off the flame and serve it with, chapati or use it as chilla stuffing or you can serve it with, my personal favorite, jeera rice. The flavour of paneer bhurji and rice mixed well and do wonders for your pallet.
