Pomegranate Ice-cream

Blend chilled whipping cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form

Grind 1.5 pomegranates with lemon to form smooth puree

Add Pomegranate puree with sugar to whipped cream. Adjust sweetness as desired

Blend well to form to stiff peaks

Pour the ice-cream into cold container and level evenly. Freeze for 5-6 hours

Thaw ice-cream for 3-4 minutes. Scoop out to serving bowls. Garnish with remaining pomegranate grains and serve cold
