Ingredients
Crack the eggs and separate egg whites and yolks. Add egg whites to the black olives. Season with pepper.
Use a blender and purée it. Then, whisk it. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Pour the eggs into the pan and swirl and shake the pan, so it covers the surface.
Once the eggs set, add egg yolks one at a time, without breaking the yolks. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes or until desired.
