Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt

Wash the strawberries remove stems, slice in half. Now place into the freezer for at least 4 to 5 hours.

Now add the frozen strawberries, honey, Greek yoghurt and lemon juice to a food processor.

Process until creamy about 2 to 3 minutes. Test for sweetness and add additional honey as needed.

Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 2 to 3 hours for harder consistency.

Now serve with sprinkles.
