Step:

  1. Peel and wash potatoes, cut it as desired

  2. In a pot, Add red oil, onions, tomato paste, grinded scotch bonnet, cooked kidney and allow it to fry

  3. Add water, seasoning and allow to boil

  4. Add the potatoes and cover until soft then add Cray fish and allow to simmer for 3mnts then you turn off the heat.
