Fluffy doughnut

Mix all the dry ingredients together(except yeast)add butter and rub

Break your egg in a cup, add your yeast and warm water then whisk and add it to the flour and knead till soft

Cut and mould and allow to rise

Add oil in a pan and drop the dough in the hot oil, let it fry until golden brown
