Step:

  1. Peel and clean the potatoes and cut them

  2. Pat dry with a paper towel then place in a bowl and season with all the spice's, add oil and toss to coat all the chip's with spices

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper,arrange the chip's,drizzle some oil on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200degrees for 15-20mins. I prefer mine a bit crunchy so I baked for 20mins.

  4. Enjoy with tomato ketchup or sauce

  3. 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper optional
  4. 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
