Ham n cheese tear n share

Roll out pastry and prick with a fork. Add slices of cheese to cover it. Then add ham

Then roll up. Using scissors, snip diagonally half way or so into the pastry. Turn one side left, then other side right to create effect

Glaze with beaten egg, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake at 200 for about 20 mins. Leave to cool on a wire rack then dig in! :)
