Step:

  1. Mix all well together then bind with water to soft roti dough, beat till it's softer.
    cover and keep aside for half an hour.
    Keep tava on the flame, when it's hot keep on medium flame.
    Make balls of the dough.
    Put little black sesame and few chopped coriander leaves on each ball and press slightly then roll each into triangle or oblong or round shape.

  2. On the plain side of the kulcha apply water with brush then put the water applied part on tava, press every where with finger as in giving dents an inch away.
    when one side done turn the tava on few inches away from direct flame to cook the oder side.
    remove on platter apply 1 tsp ghee.

  1. 2 cups Maida (All purpose flour)
  2. 1 tsp Salt
  3. 1 tbsp Sugar
  4. 1 tsp Baking powder
  5. 2 tbsp Oil
  6. 1/4 tsp Soda Bicarbonate
  7. 1 tbsp Garlic (pounded)
  8. 3 tbsp Yogurt
