Step:

  1. Seive maida, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl.

  2. In another bowl, add curd, oil and sugar. Whishk it gently. Add the pineapple essence and yellow colour. Mix well.

  3. Take a baking tin, place a butter paper and spread the batter and add Hershey's syrup and choco chips.

  4. Bake it at 180°c for 35-40 mins in an pre heated oven.

  1. 150 gms maida
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1 cup curd
  4. 1 cup oil
  5. 1 tsp baking powder
  6. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  7. 1 tsp pineapple essence
  8. 1 tsp yellow colour
  9. to taste Hershey's syrup
  10. as needed Chocochips
