  6. 1/2-1 Pickled Cucumber *finely chopped
  7. 1/2 tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard
  8. 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  9. 1 pinch Sugar
  10. Chilli OR Tabasco as required
  11. Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
