Step:

  1. Soak the green moong overnight and pressure cook for 4 whistles and salt and keep aside.

  2. Now take a pan add one teaspoon ghee jeera hing and cook well then add 4 cups of water and salt to taste and grated ginger at this stage make it come to a boil. Now add the oats and cook well. Once cooked add the cooked moong daal with pepper powder and make it come to a boil.

  3. Now add tamarind pulp and make close and simmer it for 2 mins.

  4. Garnish with coriander and before serving add ghee to it.

  1. 1/2 cup quick oats
  2. 1/2 cup green moong dhal
  3. Handful curry patta
  4. 1/2 teaspoon jeera
  5. 1/2 inch grated ginger
  6. 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 2 teaspoon ghee
  9. 1 green chilli
  10. 1 pinch hing
  11. 1 teaspoon tamarind pulp
  12. 4 cups water
  13. handful Coriander
