Step:

  1. Get a large pot of salted water on to boil for the ravioli. Dissolve bullion cubes in 2 cups of hot tap water.

  2. In a large skillet, on medium heat, add the olive oil, garlic, and crushed red pepper until you can smell it. bump up the heat to med high. Add Italian sausage and brown well. Add the onions and vinegar and stir.

  3. Add the wine and let that cook and reduce for a few minutes.

  4. Mix the cornstarch with the water and bullion cubes. Pour it into the skillet and let it boil for a bit and thicken.

  5. Add the ravioli to the boiling salted water and boil for 3-4 minutes then drain. Add to the skillet. Toss and add 1 tbsp Parmesan over top.


Ingredients

  1. 1/2 lb Italian sausage, mild or hot, ground
  2. 2 (10 oz) bags of spinach and ricotta refrigerated ravioli
  3. 1 tbsp olive oil
  4. 4 large cloves of garlic, crushed and minced
  5. Good pinch of crushed red pepper
  6. 1/2 cup white wine
  7. 1 tbsp minced onion
  8. 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  9. 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  10. 2 cups water
  11. 2 bullion cubes, I used chicken
  12. 1 tbsp cornstarch
  13. Splash vinegar, I used rice vinegar
  14. Parmesan cheese
