Step:

  1. Rinse mushrooms and cut to desired size.

  2. Add seasoning and or you can season bowl of spelt flour

  3. Place oyster mushrooms in spelt flour and coat thoroughly.

  4. Place them in preheated pan with grape seed oil and let cook on both sides until brown and crispy. Enjoy!
