Beetroot Cookies

Grate the beetroots, and boil it. Now cool down it, and make puree.

In a bowl, take flour, add carom seeds, salt, and oil. Mix it well.

Now add beetroot puree and knead it well.

Now take a ball, from dough, and roll it. Sprinkle sesame seeds, and again roll it. Cut heart shape, from it.

Now put it in a pre heated air fryer(180℃, for 10 min)for 10-12min. Our cookies are ready.
