Step:

  1. Combine all seasonings in a small bowl. If you use cold left-over cooked rice, warm it in the microwave.

  2. Heat Oil in a frying pan or wok over medium high heat, cook Egg and transfer to a plate.

  3. Add extra Oil if required, cook Onion, Ham (OR Sausages, Chicken, Pork, Beef) and Peas (OR chopped Green Capsicum) until cooked through.

  4. Return the cooked Egg, add Garlic, Curry Powder and Salt, mix well, then add warmed rice and stir well to combine.

  5. Finally drizzle over Soy Sauce, toss and stir until aromatic.


Ingredients

  1. 2 Eggs *lightly whisked
  2. 1 tablespoon Canola Oil *and extra if needed
  3. 1/2 Onion OR 2 Spring Onions
  4. 100-150 g Ham, Sausages, Chicken, Pork, Beef *cut into small pieces
  5. 1/4 cup Peas OR chopped Green Capsicum
  6. 1 clove Garlic *grated
  7. 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
  8. 1/4-1/2 teaspoon Salt
  9. 2 servings Cooked Rice *about 360g, warmed
  10. 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
