Step:

  1. Trim excess fat from chops. Wipe apple sauce on one side. Start cooking slowly on apple side, in a large fry pan.

  3. Wash Tomatoes. Using a sharp knife, on a chopping board, cut zig zags around the “ waist” of the Tomatoes, making sure the last cut joins up with the first. Twist gently to separate the two halves and put to one side.

  4. Wipe Apple sauce over the uncooked side of the chops and flip over to cook second side.

  5. Stir Mushrooms to prevent burning. Assemble salad greens if using.

  6. Make sure Chops are cooked through, then assemble the dish, placing the Tomatoes around the edge. Salad can be served in a separate bowl to prevent wilting. Enjoy!
