  3. 1/3 Cup Green Onions [chopped]
  4. 1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  5. to taste Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  6. 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  7. 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  8. 1 tbsp Garlic Olive Oil
  9. 1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley [reserve 1/2 for garnish]
