Step:

  1. Throw everything but the ice cubes in the blender and blitz

  2. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve

  3. Just before serving put it back in the blender with the ice cubes this time and blitz again

  4. If using my pineappleade instead of fresh pineapple juice, leave out the sugar

  4. 50 g granulated sugar
  5. 6 handfuls ice cubes / 4 cups
