Step:

  1. Heat oven to 350º. Coat or line muffin tins. Combine flour, sugar, oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

  2. Combine yogurt , eggs, butter, vanilla in a second bowl. Fold yogurt mixture into dry mixture. Stir to combine completely. Gently fold in blueberries.

  3. Spoon in muffin tins. (I used a # 20 scoop). Bake until top is golden or springs back when touched. 20-25 minutes.

  1. non stick spray or paper liners
  2. 2 cups flour
  3. 1 cup oats
  4. 2/3 cup sugar
  5. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  6. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  8. 12 ounces nonfat greek honey yogurt (1 & 1/2 cups)
  9. 2 large eggs - beaten
  10. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  11. 1 cup fresh blueberries
  12. 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter , melted , slightly cooled
